Merriscourt In-House Catering


In December 2017 Merriscourt Events ltd bought all Event catering in-house. With head chef Ross and catering manager Becca heading up all catering related issues, we can now provide a complete in-house service for your event at Merriscourt.

Both Ross and Becca have been handpicked to join the team by the owner of Merriscourt who was more than impressed by their skill, professionalism and track record in Event catering.

Free Tasting days are scheduled  well in advance of your Event and take place on site at Merriscourt.
Tasting dates are available upon request and are free for couples (2 people) who have already booked the venue. (A charge is applied to unbooked couples which is taken off final catering bill in event of clients booking venue).


The Tasting days enable clients to combine a planning meeting with Lucie (wedding manager) and Becca (Catering manager) on site and together. The Chef will also be on hand to run through menu’s and talk through choices with couples.
Communication between all Merriscourt Staff and clients takes place over the course of a tasting and makes for a smoother service and delivery of clients’ needs on the day of their event. Extensive notes and photographs are taken throughout tasting.


We have developed a new Merriscourt Menu which reflects the variety of our clients needs and tastes. From Silver service, to sharing boards, Oyster stations to interactive canapé stations we hope to offer a greater selection of dining experiences from which a Client may choose.
Bespoke menu’s are also now possible to create and price reflecting a client’s wishes.
Wine from our extensive list can also be paired to your tasting choices and sampled on the tasting days with no obligation to buy it from us!
